Dermal Fillers
Clarkston, WA
Restylane | Juvederm
With expertly placed dermal fillers, we are able to restore volume loss in the face. This includes smoothing out wrinkles, enhancing lips, and restoring facial contours. Embrace the magic of dermal fillers and watch as the signs of aging disappear.
anti-Aging with Dermal Fillers
Our face is changing throughout our entire life. Our bone structure changes and the gradual loss of collagen and elastin result in wrinkles, folds, hollows and shadows due to the loss of support and shrinking of the facial fat pads.
Dermal fillers are used to restore the signs of aging,
giving you a more natural, youthful appearance.
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Hyaluronic acid-based facial fillers assist in restoring lost volume to give back that structural support and augment the features of our face that are diminishing. Hyaluronic acid is found throughout the connective tissues of the body and plays a vital role in maintaining skin hydration, elasticity, and overall tissue health. Vybrance MedAesthetics carries FDA approved synthetic hyaluronic acid fillers from:
-
Restylane

Juvederm

Types Of Facial Fillers We Carry
At Vybrance MedAesthetics
RESTYLANE
Restylane® dermal fillers use clear gel formulations of HA. As the original non-animal stabilized HA filler, Restylane® was designed to be closest to the body's own hyaluronic acid with minimal crosslinking, and was the first to be approved by the US FDA. The Restylane® portfolio has now been used in over 55 million treatments worldwide.
JUVEDERM
JUVÉDERM® is a collection of 6 unique hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers that temporarily add volume for different needs in seven specific areas of the face.
The unique Vycross® Technology process cross-links the hyaluronic acid (HA) molecules in these JUVÉDERM® fillers, that results in a specialized, smooth gel filler.

Areas We Treat with Facial Fillers
Cheek Contouring
A sculpted and lifted mid-face provides support to the under-eye area as well as lifting of the lower structures to the face such as the folds around the mouth. The same concept of using makeup to contour with highlights and shadowing can be applied to using fillers in the cheek area. Careful placement along the cheek bone ensures a natural and slimming effect, not a “chipmunk cheek” appearance.
Lip Filler
Filler placed in the lips provides for a more hydrated and smooth appearance. Many women fear that lip filler will result in the “duck lip” or “trout pout”. Fortunately, with improvement in fillers and injection techniques, disproportional and unbalanced lips are not something clients of Vybrance should fear. Jeni Akerblade is an expert injector known for her natural results and artistry with her specialized 'Vybrance Technique'. We focus on customized treatments done right.
Chin & Jawline Sculpting
A defined jawline and chin balances the facial profile. Often with aging, we develop “jowls” or sagging of skin along the jawline. Strategic placement of filler along the chin and jawline creates a sleek, defined, and youthful profile. Men and women of all ages seek filler for chin and profile balancing. A well-balanced face is often described as the epitome of beauty.
Tear Trough Correction
Many patients are bothered by a tired appearance, often a result of dark under eye circles. The undereye area is a complex area and correction is achieved with a combination of therapies. One treatment is placing filler into the region. Filler will lift sunken skin and soften hollowing. Tear trough injections require meticulous placement using advanced injection techniques and careful selection of an appropriate filler. Most injections are done in 2 sessions to avoid adequate correction, never puffy or overfilled results.
Full Facial Balancing
Facial balancing is an advanced and highly individualized aesthetic approach designed to help people achieve facial balance and facial symmetry. Correcting minor imbalances can be very difficult, and the treatment requires the right balance between experience and knowledge to achieve optimal results. During your consultation, we address the face as a whole. this means that you can expect to receive filler in different areas based on the recommendation from your injector at Vybrance MedAesthetics.
Temple Correction
As we age, the temporal area begins to suffer from bone and fat loss. Our skin also loses collagen at a rate of around 1% per year, an essential protein that helps to keep our skin springy and firm. Dermal fillers reinvigorate the temples like a mini facelift. They drive moisture and volume back into the temporal area using a biodegradable hyaluronic acid (HA) gel. This creates a more rounded look again, resulting in a younger looking appearance.
The Procedure
The procedure typically takes thirty minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the treatment area.
Your expert injector will explain the process and what to expect during the procedure, including any potential discomfort.
We understand that comfort is one of the biggest deciding factors in receiving dermal fillers. We offer pain management options such as a topical anesthetic to reduce any discomfort prior to your injections.
Using a fine needle, your injector will carefully inject the filler into the treatment area.
It is important to follow the practitioner’s instructions during the procedure to ensure the best possible results. Some individuals may experience slight swelling or bruising after the injection, but these side effects usually subside within a few days.

How Does Botox Work?BOTOX was developed to target the cause of fine lines and wrinkling. Over time, facial expressions such as squinting, smiling or frowning cause the facial skin to contract, over and over. BOTOX is injected into the muscles in constant motion, causing them to relax. With reduced muscle activity you will see smoother skin and fewer facial lines.
-
When Should You Start Getting Botox? There is no set age to start getting BOTOX treatments. If you are in your mid-20s, you might begin to see superficial lines around your eyes. Or maybe a bit later in life, you notice wrinkling, deeper creases created by facial motions, called “dynamic wrinkles.” Men and women of all ages can benefit from BOTOX injections.
-
Does Botox treatment hurt?BOTOX is injected using a tiny needle, and most patients do not find the injections painful. You may feel a small pinch from the needle at the injection site.
-
When will I see results? You should begin to see results in a few days after your BOTOX injections. Optimal results are achieved at two weeks.
-
How long do wrinkle relaxers last?Depending on how well you care for your skin, neurotoxin injections can last in the range of three to five months before requiring retreatment.
-
How much Botox will I need? This varies depending on several factors. These are the most common dosage range per area being treated. 11 Lines: 20-30 Units Forehead Lines: 12-24 units Crows Feet: 9-15 units each eye Lip Flip: 4-8 units Chin Dimpling: 6-12 units
-
Can I get Botox while pregnant or breastfeeding? (This includes all neuromodulators)It is not recommended to receive any BOTOX treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding. The effects of the treatment are local but pregnant women must be more careful than others due to the growing baby. During this time alternative treatments such as mild facial treatments can keep your skin fresh and glowing.

Which is better: Botox or Fillers? While both Botox and dermal fillers like Restylane are long-lasting treatments that can be used to reduce wrinkles, they each take slightly different approaches, treat slightly different problems, and are used in different areas of the face. Botox relaxes muscles so they don't contract and form creases, while dermal fillers fill in or plump up areas that have lost volume or smoothness.
